fOSSa 2015

Created by Inria, fOSSa is the conference where new trends and new concepts are presented in open source -and more in particular their usage and environmental et societal impacts. Today, the open source software expands into all areas of human activity: teaching, industry, health, art, transportation, and nuclear technology... To consider this proliferation, the 2015 version will put the accent on five aspects: ""citizen clouds, open design, crowd teaching, crowding scientific research and ecological transitions."" There will also be discussion of the economy arising from collaborative and participative movements; what different models exist? How can we experience them? Can these models profoundly affect our society? Schedules: Wednesday: 1.15 pm - 6.00 pm - Thursday: 8.30 am - 7.30 pm - Friday: 8.45 am - 12.45 pm
